These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AegisOne Tech website, platform, software, data outputs, and all related services. By accessing or using any AegisOne property, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using AegisOne, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt system integrity or security
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or models
  • Misuse data, outputs, or platform behavior in unsafe contexts
  • Use AegisOne to make clinical, legal, financial, or life-critical decisions without human oversight

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with AegisOne—including but not limited to software, architecture, models, workflows, trademarks, documentation, and data pipelines—is the exclusive property of AegisOne Tech and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or rights to our IP beyond a limited, revocable right to access the platform.

6. Data Handling & Security

By using AegisOne, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. AegisOne implements commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

However, no system is perfectly secure, and AegisOne disclaims liability for unauthorized access resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. AI-Generated Output

AegisOne may produce automated, AI-generated outputs. These outputs:

  • May contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information
  • Are provided “as-is” for informational purposes only
  • Must not be the sole basis for decisions with material or safety consequences

You agree to maintain human oversight when interpreting any AI-generated output.

8. Restrictions on Use

Users may not:

  • Use the platform for surveillance, harm, discrimination, or unethical applications
  • Deploy AegisOne in medical or clinical settings without proper authorization and oversight
  • Attempt to exploit model behavior for malicious purposes
  • Use the platform to generate or disseminate disallowed content

9. Termination

AegisOne may suspend or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in harmful or unauthorized activities.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AegisOne Tech provides its platform “as-is” and makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AegisOne shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • No guarantee is provided regarding uptime, availability, or error-free operation
  • AI-generated outputs should not be relied upon as factual or definitive

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AegisOne Tech, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

13. Changes to These Terms

AegisOne may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
